Please read the following to help you order your stand.
- Choose the stand you wish to hire for the exhibition
- If you require
more than one stand pick the numbers of the surrounding stands
- Stands marked
in yellow are booked and in green are provisionally booked.
- If you click
on the stand in the floorplan you will see the company that has booked the
stand. Otherwise, if the stand is available you will
be able to continue booking it.
- Enter your details in the online form.
- Choose which stand type you would
like:
Exhibitor Booth Options
We have a variety of booth options available for you to display your products.
These are displayed below, together with additional information. Please note
all booths have the following inclusions:
- Shell Scheme - includes per 9 sq.m: fascia panels with your organisation’s
name, carpet tiles, 2 * 150 watt spotlights, 1 * 10 amp power point.
- Space Only - no inclusions. Please note no furniture is included in the
options shown

Prospectus for the limits on stand design.
- Once you have chosen the stand space and the stand type click Submit.
- You will be shown a screen that confirms all the details. Prices
are shown in a box on the floor plan. Please refer to the HUPO10S Exhibitor
Prospectus for what the package includes.
- Click Accept and Submit request,
an email is then sent to the organiser with your request.
- Complete the paper
form in the Exhibitor Prospectus and forward it within 7 days to the HUPO10S
organiser as shown on the form. Once
the form and deposit have been received the booking will be confirmed. We
regret that if the paper form is not received within 7 days the space will
be released.
